Janet Seney was our efficient realtor when we bought our first townhouse.  I was impressed with her from start to finish.  She was prompt in arranging viewings for properties that interested us.  She was punctual; she was well organized and we kept to her schedule, allowing us to view all the properties in one day.  She provided us with a lot of current sales information to help us decide on a price.  When our offer was accepted with conditions, she reviewed the Strata documents in detail, as we did, and interpreted them for us.  She was very knowledgeable.  She was a dedicated communicator.  Any conversations between the seller’s realtor and Janet were relayed to us.  We were never left wondering.

Jim was an excellent agent to work with. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable throughout the sale/purchase process. He worked really hard to sell our place including open houses every weekend and weekday showings. Jim had great advice for how to make our townhouse more appealing to prospective buyers. Immediately after each showing, he'd communicate to us how it went. We'd definitely choose Jim again in the future!
