They weren’t afraid to get in there to make it happen, had great contacts and suggestions for assistance, and were always available and willing to help out. They had such a good sense of what was needed – they took charge when they could see that we required assistance, but deferred to us when we had our own ideas. They were not forceful in their opinions and directions, but were diplomatic, thoughtful, and caring … then a power house negotiator when it came to making a deal. They had the tenacity and stamina to stay focussed despite all of our significant setbacks and the involvement of so many family members.
