Janet provided thoughtful guidance throughout the process. She was totally on top of the paperwork. But she also listened to my agenda and what I wanted to do and blended that with her experience. Janet Seney was our efficient realtor when we bought our first townhouse.  I was impressed with her from start to finish.  She was prompt in arranging viewings for properties that interested us.  She was punctual; she was well organized and we kept to her schedule, allowing us to view all the properties in one day.  She provided us with a lot of current sales information to help us decide on a price.  When our offer was accepted with conditions, she reviewed the Strata documents in detail, as we did, and interpreted them for us.  She was very knowledgeable.  She was a dedicated communicator.  Any conversations between the seller’s realtor and Janet were relayed to us.  We were never left wondering.
